When you add a video to the background in the Custom Creator to create a video, if the video/effect that you choose includes sound, then your downloaded video will have sound.
If the video you select doesn't have sound, then you won't have any sound in your final product.
In the Trailer Creator, you can select a video in the background and can also add music or sound.
