You can do this in Instant Mockups 2.0. Watch Now

Or you can do this with the original Instant Mockups. Once you download an Instant Mockup image, you can upload it as a background in the Custom Creator and add text, images or additional book covers to personalize them.

You can also upload the Instant Mockup in My Images to access it.
