You can edit Instant Mockups in the Instant Mockups 2.0 tool. Here is a Video Overview of Instant Mockups 2.0

As another option, once you download an Instant Mockup image, you can upload it as a background or image in the Custom Creator and add additional Book templates, text boxes and/or images. You can also resize the image!
